Booking Requirements
ISO Tanks are very durable and can be used to ship a wide variety of liquid bulk and hazmat products internationally and overseas. Seven Seas will ship bulk fluids of any product as long as it is within the tanks limits and meets the criteria of government regulation the chemical.
Please have the following information available when requesting a quote or booking:
Product
Name of the product (If new shipment/Product, please also provide MSDS).
MSDS
A Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) is required for all shipments whether they are liquid bulk or hazmat. The MSDS should include all of the following:
- Product Information: product identifier (name of liquid), (UN or NA number if applicable) manufacturer and suppliers names, addresses, and emergency contact phone numbers
- Hazardous Ingredients (if applicable)
- Physical Data
- Fire or Explosion Hazard Data (if applicable)
- Reactivity Data: information on the chemical instability of a product and the substances it may react with
- Toxicological Properties: health effects
- Preventive Measures
- First Aid Measures
- Preparation Information: who is responsible for preparation and date of preparation of MSDS
Origin
The origin of the liquid bulk product should be stated. Please verify where the product will be loading (city, state). ‘Also verify what port of departure will be required. If a specific port if not clarified, Seven Seas can help decipher which port will suit this shipment the best to reach its international or overseas location.
Destination
The international or overseas destination of the liquid bulk product should be stated. This can be general at time of booking, but please try to be as specific as possible. The destination location will coincide with the Origin location, thus dictating the most efficient transit.

Estimated weight/volume
Weights are preferred in Kilograms, but can also be presented in Pounds in the United States. Weights can be estimated at time of booking but will have to be finalized by the plant upon loading. (Please note: some destinations require volume.)
ETA / ETS
Please advise when the product will be ready. After product is ready, request a ETA that will work for you, but keep in mind back-up dates/times, just in case of schedule changes. Also, please keep in mind when you need the liquid bulk product to arrive. This information will help guide us provided the most accurate departure and arrival times to better serve you.
